If you need to reschedule for any reason, please do so online using the link in your confirmation email BEFORE 48 hours PRIOR to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in being charged the cancellation and/or No Show Protection fee and will require an additional deposit to schedule a new appointment. (See below). ***YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED 1 RESCHEDULE (of within 48 hours cancellation/No Show). If 48 hours is not given, the cancellation fee is 50% of the service. To make another appointment, it is required that you pay 100% upfront for your next appointment (if approved by Artist) for your services to ensure that Artist's time is being covered.  *** There’s a grace period of 15 minutes, thereafter, you may do a 1 week fill of 30 minutes or reschedule, however, will be charged the 50% cancellation fee.
